Terms of Use for DreamDate - AI

By accessing and/or using our application DreamDate - AI ("application"), you accept and agree to abide by the terms and conditions below. DreamDate - AI is developed by SD RENT LIMITED ("we" or "company") to facilitate interaction and communication with a virtual AI companion.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. Certain features of our application may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted with those features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue these services (or any portions of them) at any time.

2. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle user data. DreamDate - AI collects limited data strictly for app functionality and crash diagnostics. All data is processed securely and in compliance with privacy regulations.

3. Use of Our Application

As long as you comply with these Terms, you may use DreamDate - AI for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

When you download our software app from an app store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are concluded between you and SD RENT LIMITED, not with the app store.

• The app store has no obligation to furnish maintenance, support, or warranty services regarding the app.

• You must comply with the app store’s terms of service when using our software app.

4. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You are responsible for your conduct when using DreamDate - AI and agree to comply with all applicable laws. Prohibited Conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the application's operation.

• Harassing, bullying, or impersonating others.

• Conducting unauthorized commercial activities, promotions, or advertisements.

• Sharing harmful, threatening, or infringing content.

5. Data Collection and Tracking

In compliance with iOS policies, we request your consent for data tracking through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. You have the option to accept or decline this request without affecting access to the app's core features.

6. Third-Party Services

DreamDate - AI uses the following third-party tools and libraries:

• Firebase Crashlytics: To analyze crash data and improve app performance.

  • Libraries used: firebase_core: ^3.8.0 and firebase_crashlytics: ^4.1.5.

• NLP Cloud: To generate AI-driven responses.

By using the application, you also agree to the terms set forth by these service providers.

7. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit or share content that:

• Is offensive, defamatory, or promotes illegal activities.

• Includes threats or content that glorifies violence.

• Contains obscene, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate material.

• Infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Content You Provide

Any content you submit through the application remains your own. By sharing it, you grant us the right to use, display, and distribute it solely to provide you with our services. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Enforcement of Terms

We reserve the right to review, modify, or delete any content that violates these Terms. If you violate any provision, we may take action, including suspending or terminating your access to DreamDate - AI.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DreamDate - AI at any time, especially if you breach these Terms.

Your use of DreamDate - AI is at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor are we liable for any potential data loss or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SD RENT LIMITED harmless from any claims arising from your use of DreamDate - AI, content you provide, or violations of these Terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use DreamDate - AI, not exceeding $60. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

17. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement and may be updated periodically. Continued use of the application after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
